Return Policy

All Sales are final.


Returns are accepted ONLY for defected or damaged items, or if you received the wrong items. All returns and are subject to approval by PIPA Fashion Inc.

Return claim must be made via email within five (5) days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time as long as your payment method wasn't charged and/or the items have not been shipped to you.
Contact us immediately for cancellation requests.

Regarding Back/Pre-Orders

If you order items on back/pre-order, we will begin production only after your payment has been received in full.
There are no cancellations on back/pre-orders.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you received the wrong items we will send you the correct ones after receiving your return. If the items you ordered are no longer available we will credit your account.
